We now offer a few different variations of pork belly and I’ve had the opportunity to try the “slab” and “peppercorn”. If anyone picks these up on specials this coming month, I’d love to see what you making. The peppercorn pork belly makes really amazing breakfast sandwiches

This is much thicker and better for slicing up some bacon or lardon. Was very pleasantly surprised with the seasoning!
