Sliced Soppressata
We’ve just received a limited amount of sliced soppressata! I’m already a big fan of our seasonal salamis, but the fact that this soppressata is pre-cut into thin slices makes it perfect to serve alongside some local cheeses on a tasty charcuterie board. I might also try throwing some on a little homemade pizza. Made with Walden pork, salt, red wine, garlic, black pepper, white pepper, chili…these have a nice gentle kick!
