Turkey Brine
Made by our friends at Curio Spice Co in Cambridge, MA. This dry custom-blend brine enhances the flavor of the meat without adding water. A mix of Maine sea salt, juniper, black pepper, yellow mustard, orange peel, sage, thyme, and other aromatic herbs and spices.
Sourdough Rolls
Delicious and locally baked at Nashoba Brook Bakery! Hard-crusted with a tangy flavor to go perfectly alongside any holiday meal.
