My turkey arrived on Friday, and instead of putting it in my freezer I put it straight in my fridge. It is thawed and I put the dry brine on it today so it is air chilling in my fridge… but it’s only Monday!! Did I thaw it too early will it still be ok on Thursday? Thanks!
Hi Camille! Have no fear! We confirmed with our food safety manager that this is perfecting safe! Just make sure to cook to appropriate temperatures as you normally would (final temp reaching 160 in the deepest part of the breast) Let us know if we can help with anything else!
