My turkey arrived on Friday, and instead of putting it in my freezer I put it straight in my fridge. It is thawed and I put the dry brine on it today so it is air chilling in my fridge… but it’s only Monday!! Did I thaw it too early will it still be ok on Thursday? Thanks!
